Danny joined ReCulture from a senior role with a Liverpool-based recruitment agency. During eight years with the business, he progressed from consultant to department manager.
His attention to detail is second-to-none and he uses it to understand and meet client needs. He relishes the opportunity to help people achieve success, whether it’s a teammate, client or candidate.
Away from work, Danny enjoys playing and watching football. He is also a keen hiker, with the Lake District one of his favourite locations.
TJ is a personable and driven recruiter with international experience. After four successful years with Morgan Hunt, he spent two years with Sydney-based talent business ACRWORLD.
He has a passion for changing the way businesses recruit and develop talent. He also brings an in-depth understanding of compliance regulations.
TJ enjoys playing golf and competing in marathons and other long-distance endurance events. He also enjoys a pint of Guinness and is a more than useful pub quiz teammate.
Beth held senior roles in Trinity Mirror (now Reach) plc's training team and The Very Group’s Culture and Engagement department prior to joining ReCulture.
She is our organiser in chief, always calm and a great communicator. Beth keeps us focused as a team and looks after the processes and future plans we have for the business. She also leads the way in making sure our team, candidates and clients have a positive experience.
Outside of work, Beth enjoys keeping fit and travelling in the UK and abroad.
Raina has almost 20 years in agency and in-house recruitment. Past companies include Trinity Mirror plc (now Reach) and Shop Direct (The Very Group).
Her experience on the ground and strategic vision help businesses to build exceptional teams. But it's Raina's passion for wellbeing and helping candidates find happiness that sets ReCulture apart.
Raina is a mother of two young children and co-founder of the award-winning supply teaching app SupplyWell.
Keith has spent the best part of 20 years in brand communication. He has held senior roles at The Drum, Rippleffect and TLA and now runs his own consultancy, Once in Nashville.
He has supported ReCulture since its launch and recently joined part-time to evolve and grow the brand. He also supports clients who need help defining their culture and values.
Keith is Dad to two young children and a long-suffering fan of Aston Villa.
